Short trip to Mambukal Mountain Resort, Negros Occidental

Last February 14, 2011, Yes, It’s Valentines Day but instead of celebrating the said romantic occasion we were deployed to Bacolod City for work…tsk tsk! Anyway, the Valentines day just passed out just like an ordinary day along with the Starbucks Coffee we ordered. Thanks to Boinky for being a coffee addict! πŸ˜€

To ease our boredom… we went to their native and famous restaurant to taste the towns finest foods and native delicacies and this will be showed on another blog post….wooot! wooot!

For now, let me show you our short trip to Mambukal Mountain Resort at Negros Occidental.

Its been a tiring week for us since we had to go on places which it took several hours from Bacolod City to our destinations (Kabankalan City, Victoria City and San Carlos City). We’ve seen the seasides, mountain creeks and vast sugar cane plantations but still we are wanting to see something extraordinary..hmmm!Β Where to go? Thanks to Kuya Mark and to the friend of my boss who suggested Β the Mambukal Mountain Resort.

So here we go…

On our way to Mambukal Mountain Resort...

It took us an hour before we get there…weeeeh Thanks to those good people who entertained us and gave us the right way along our destination… ^^,

with Ma'am Fely, Sir Nomer and ate Jackie

We enjoyed the nice scenery and the nature’s overwhelming features…Due to limited time we haven’t tried the cheapest zip line they have that cost only P50.00..tsk tsk!

So long Bacolod…

  4. Heeey, at least you got to travel on Valentine’s and did not spend the wicked day by yourself somewhere like I did. It was horrid. Kidding, I was fine. :p

The place looks lovely. I haven’t been anywhere outside Luzon, but I want to visit Bacolod before I die. Bacolod is in Visayas, right? I suck at Geography.

50 pesos zip line!! Must try that! I am definitely going to Bacolod! Woooh!

  5. At special mention pala ako dito… Hehehehe…
Hay…. Di bale, may next time… Hahahhaa!

Uwi rin akong Bacolod bukas with officemates. Churches and old mansions ang prime target…
